An exploratory salary tool designed and developed for DOU, helping tech professionals compare compensation across roles, specialisations, and markets.

The widget turns crowdsourced salary data, updated twice a year, into a clear way to explore pay ranges for software engineers, QA specialists, analysts, designers, HR, DevOps, and management roles. Users can narrow results by job title, specialisation, city, experience level, technology, domain, company type, and English proficiency.

The goal was to make a dense, multi-dimensional dataset easy to navigate, compare, and understand, whether someone is researching their next role, benchmarking a team, or tracking changes in the tech market.
