I overhauled the email marketing strategy for an Ayurveda e-commerce brand, Mystical Genesis Ayurveda, by conducting a deep analysis of their customer base and ideal customer profile. This enabled me to design a custom framework of automated email flows, tailored to each stage of the customer lifecycle. From welcoming new subscribers to re-engaging past customers, each touchpoint was carefully crafted with relevant content and offers.
