The goal of this project was to build a framework of email automations and campaigns to cater to all stages of the customer lifecycle for the e-commerce brand Kalyashastra. I conducted a thorough analytical audit of the brand's customer base and its ICP to the end of crafting and delivering a custom solution. This framework was incorporated into the brand's existing strategies and drove email-attributed revenue up significantly, bringing in new customers and converting existing customers into returning customers.
