In my role as a design engineer on this project, I am tasked with the comprehensive design of the OLED Thin Table Lamp prototype. Using SolidWorks, I have meticulously crafted a table lamp housing that accommodates the thinnest OLED display, showcasing its slim profile to perfection. The design incorporates precise tolerances based on the manufacturing process and supplier capabilities, ensuring a flawless fit for both the OLED display and the internal power supply within the table lamp blade housing.My contribution extends to creating detailed material drawings for every component, guaranteeing that the manufacturing process aligns with the team's established TRA template and 6 Sigma calculations. This includes considering factors such as material thickness, structural integrity, and heat dissipation for optimal performance.Furthermore, I have generated realistic rendering images of the OLED Thin Table Lamp prototype. These images will be instrumental in creating a compelling catalog for distribution to customers and exhibition attendees. The renderings effectively communicate the design's aesthetic appeal, emphasizing the thinness of the OLED display and the overall elegance of the table lamp.
