In this project, my primary responsibility is the design of the entire rack system, including the heatsink where the LED Printed Circuit Board (PCB) will be seamlessly integrated. Leveraging the SolidWorks software, I am utilizing my expertise in 3D modeling and engineering to craft a robust and visually striking rack structure that not only accommodates the technical requirements of the LED components but also adheres to the client's design preferences.My tasks involve meticulous detailing of each component, focusing on the heatsink's thermal management capabilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the LED modules. Additionally, I am creating comprehensive material drawings for each part of the rack, facilitating the manufacturing process and ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and precision.Collaboration with other team members, such as electronics engineers and industrial designers, is a key aspect of my contribution. This ensures that the overall design seamlessly integrates both the aesthetic and technical aspects, resulting in a cohesive and functional LED demonstrator.
