Piccadilly Courtyard

A mixed use apartment complex with a courtyard at its heart. The main staircase leads from the road at the corner of the building into an open to sky courtyard at the first floor of the complex. Where an open air seating area surrounded by eateries greets you. The idea was to make the interior courtyard directly accessible and visible from the street so that the interior retail spaces also have an increased commercial value along with creating a social hub at the heart of the building.
