The task at hand was to create a unique brand identity for a coastal New Hampshire coffee shop called Early Bird Brewery. As a young designer, I saw this as an opportunity to explore my creative side and try out some innovative ideas.
One of the key challenges was to develop a cohesive brand identity that could be utilized across all of their marketing channels. I brainstormed different color schemes and graphic elements until we found the perfect look.
I tackled each step with an open and creative mindset to ensure that the brand stood out and appealed to the target audience. Early Bird Brewery values sustainability and takes steps to reduce its environmental impact. The brand is focused on providing high-quality coffee and breakfast options to customers looking to start their day on the right foot. It prides itself on being a warm and welcoming place where customers can come to relax and recharge both physically and mentally.
Additionally, I came up unique morning events and pop-ups and a fun social media campaigns, such as an Instagram challenge where customers shared their morning routines, and a "Rooster of the Week" feature that highlighted regular customers and their favorite drinks.
To achieve our goals, I developed a brand identity that embodied the shop's values of relaxation, community, and seaside living.
The visual language was warm, calming, and inviting, and I prioritized the use of local and organic ingredients to communicate the shop's commitment to quality and community.
The brand identity featured warm, inviting, and coastal-inspired design, utilizing an earthy and beachy color palette, featuring sandy tones, ocean blues, and sun-warmed yellows. I selected typography that was clean and simple, utilizing a mix of sans-serif and handwritten fonts, and incorporated imagery of the beach and local coastal landmarks that embodied the spirit of the shop.
I created a user-friendly website that was visually compelling and easy to navigate, showcasing the shop's products and communicating its commitment to quality and the seaside setting.
