Artwork of the band Ash the Ash first EP 'Where are you'.
The goal was to capture the intimacy and emotions conveyed in the songs, while maintaining a do-it-yourself (DIY) aesthetic to reflect the fact that the entire project was recorded at home.
The color palette embraces the gentle hues of orange and soft pastel blues, reminiscent of a tranquil sunset. The photograph appears jiggly, its blurred effect conveying a sense of movement and fluidity. It captures a fleeting moment, where boundaries become blurred and emotions melt into one another.
The font mirrors the theme of melting emotions. Its curves evoke a sense of vulnerability and tenderness, as if the letters themselves are dissolving. The organic quality of the font adds an artistic touch, emphasizing the ephemeral nature of emotions.
The overall composition exudes a dreamlike quality, where love and softness intertwine. It invites viewers to embrace the warmth and sweetness of emotions, as they gently merge with the fading light of a sunset.
