The brief
Jon had an established brand presence but needed a more refined, cohesive visual identity that could carry the weight of his authority across every channel. The existing assets lacked consistency and the colour system needed expanding to support a growing range of content and products.
What was delivered
A complete brand refinement and digital asset suite built around a bold, high-energy palette of amber, charcoal, burnt orange, and electric blue.
Wordmark refinement. The JC monogram was refined into a clean, authoritative mark with full usage rules across light and dark applications.
Colour system. A seven-colour palette developed with primary, secondary, and accent values. Mapped across digital and print applications with full hex references.
Recruiting Launch identity. The RL product brand was developed alongside the JC personal brand, maintaining visual consistency across both while allowing the product to stand independently.
Presentation deck. A fully branded sales and programme deck built to convert prospects and communicate the Recruiting Launch methodology with clarity and impact.
Social media channel banners. YouTube and LinkedIn banners designed across all required dimensions, consistent with the refined brand system.
LinkedIn carousel templates. A suite of branded carousel templates for ongoing content production, built for a non-designer to operate independently.
The result
A unified brand system that works across Jon's personal brand, his flagship product, his content channels, and his sales materials. Every touchpoint now carries the same visual authority as the programme itself.
