Aligning with broader corporate initiatives, the focus was on fostering talent growth and creating a values-driven culture. Key pillars included Anti-Racism, Diversity and Inclusion, Career Advancement and Fair Hiring, Learning and Development, and Leadership and Organizational Communication.
