Implemented Microsoft Teams Direct Routing with Disaster Recovery, with the purpose of migrating from Skype for Business to Teams. This complex project involved configuring Session Border Controllers (SBCs) for Teams connectivity, setting up the Teams admin center, and transitioning PSX routing.

Key aspects included obtaining and implementing TLS certificates, installing new licenses for encrypted connectivity, and creating an isolated and secure configuration on existing SBC 5400 devices
