Successfully executed a critical Ribbon PSX (Policy and Routing Server) upgrade which included a database migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL. This complex project showcased Tiago's expertise in VoIP infrastructure and database management.

The migration process began with the creation of new VMs, configured with the same IP addresses as the original systems installed with empty PostgreSQL databases. Migration of the PSX Provisioning Primary's database was done first, meticulously ensuring data integrity and system compatibility. Subsequently, he integrated the remaining PSX instances into a newly constructed BDR (Bi-Directional Replication) cluster, propagating the migrated database across all nodes.

A key achievement of this project was its seamless execution and respective licensing, with the entire migration integrated into the Ribbon infrastructure (RAMP and SBC) simultaneously and without any impact on production services, maintaining system reliability and performance.
