Design and implementation of a PSX Route Selection Service, enabling precise call re-routing based on custom prefixes added to called numbers. This innovative solution allows teams and end users to direct specific calls to designated target servers or devices, providing granular control over routing paths distinct from standard call flows.
By using PSX's Pre-Routing capabilities, it was possible to develop such a solution to circumvent traditional routing to automate and enhance customer's experience.
