Happy New Year and a big welcome back to the blog!

*sigh* The Christmas decorations have come down and the post-holiday slump has hit. To get over being sad the holidays are done I find myself looking for some way to spark fun in my day to day. A way I like to break up the monotony, especially after all the excitement of the holidays is a refresh!

Now that refresh can look different every year for me, sometimes it may be new home decor, clothing, or hairstyle. But this year I’m keeping it simple and focusing on small changes I can make here and now. The very first refresh that happens is new backgrounds! This time for both phones and computers!

While getting over my post christmas blues I decided to watch one of my favorite movies: Cinderella (Live Action 2015). The main message of being courageous and showing kindness always is something I can always use as a reminder. This movie holds a very special place in my heart for so many reasons and I’m very excited to share with you what I created. I was instantly inspired to create watercolor backgrounds with hues of the beautiful colors they used. The cheerful colors on your screens are sure to brighten up any cold dreary winter day. And the inspired quotes serve as a reminder that even when we feel least like it we can always be courageous and choose to be kind.
