I managed seven social media accounts for Orafol Americas. I began by conducting an audit of all social media branding and worked with the sales team to develop social media personas based on their interactions out in the field. I then worked with the design team to update our brand look and created a branding and content guide to ensure all posts aligned with Orafol’s purpose, values, and goals. Instagram engagement was double the average 3%, which in turn increased customer inquiries for product purchases.
