Gauranga Press publishes books about Krishna and devotional service to Krishna written (or consist of lectures or letters) by His Holiness Srila Niranjana Swami.

Client requested to do a complete redesign of their outdated website using Wordpress platform and WooCommerce as shopping cart. New favicon and SVG logo added. WooCommerce store redesign and improvements.

1. Replace old theme with new fast and light theme which uses Elementor page builder for easy clients edit and updates to the content. It's responsive, optimized for conversion, SEO, accessibility and Core Web Vitals.

Product Galleries, Attribute Swatches, Enhanced Listing Pages, Attributes Gallery, Order Bumps, Ajax Search, Countdowns, Free shipping notifications, Sticky Add to Cart, Product badges (new, promo, sale, etc.), Stock meter (visual demonstration of low stock inventory), Waitlist and Wishlist.

2. Replace old logo graphics with new modern logo. Also converted to SVG format for quick loading and infinite scaling (when website is zoomed it, the logo remains crispy clean, no blurred image anymore).

3. Create flexible and easy to navigate product categories and filters in the sidebar of the shop page.

4. Since client uses both physical and digital types of the same products, he wanted to have ability for end user to select either option on the single product page. Therefore each variation of a product were linked together to allow individual products without using variations in the WooCommerce store. Color, image, or text swatches can be used to allow customers to switch to similar products of your choosing.

5. Shipment automation: added automatic tracking # generation and auto email and print shipping labels.

6. Added Stripe payment gateway.

7. Improve on email deliverability by using SMTP service for all email related tasks both inbound and outbound.

8. Store security improvement. Add ability to rate limit the WooCommerce checkout to prevent fake/stolen card attacks to avoid/reduce potential chargebacks. This mitigates chances of overpowering the site with rapid fake card charges. When enabled, each IP address can only make as many attempts at payment as specified. Logging capability is also provided.

9. Website overall security improvements. Added configurable firewall and malware/virus scanner to prevent website hack and malware/virus infection.
