This is summary. Full Version of this Case Study will be available soon, gladly check my other Cases.

In a hurry? Just read the summary.

Context — 5ifty was created to meet the needs of local clients in developing applications for their vehicle rental business, the application was made with the aim of centralizing every search, booking, and transaction process to customer service in one place. With 5ifty, customers can easily check availability, quality, and vehicle options offered. The application is also designed to display every transparency of the process and the cost needed by the customer to rent a vehicle.
Problem — Car rental service is a new thing for me in designing, because I have never encountered this process before. After doing some research through several loyal rental customers, it was found that there were some processes that made customers feel uncomfortable and ineffective. Apart from the customer data source, I also conducted some research on similar applications in order to better understand the process in car rental services.
Challenge — Based on the insights gathered, the challenge was to find a way for individuals to easily and efficiently use vehicle rental app.
Solution — The insights and challenges clarified the problem-solving approach. The chosen solution was to develop an application that simplifies and clarifies the user experience in using Rental Application. This solution was selected because it addresses the problems with high value and frequency, even without specific features.
Product — The application functions similarly to other general wallet applications, such as Rentalku dan etrans which also address similar issues. These three companies served as the primary inspiration when executing the 5ifty Project.
