Personalized Fun Graphics

I designed this playful catalog as a party favor for a client’s husband’s 50th birthday celebration using Photoshop’s generative AI. All the text within the catalog is my original work. The client requested a humorous approach to highlight her husband’s milestone birthday, considering his passion for hunting. Using generative AI, I created an amusing image of a hunter using a walker to playfully reference his age. Inspired by the number of great images, I developed a catalog concept to “sell” walkers to hunters. The final piece is a 5.5” x 8.5” saddle-stitched folded catalog.

The client requested a light-hearted birthday card cover for a fan celebrating their birthday in the same year that their favorite teams, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Capitals, won the Super Bowl and the Stanley Cup, respectively. They wanted the card to give the fan a chuckle and asked me to incorporate an image of the client’s beloved Corvette into the design. While incorporating the MVPs into the design, I came up with the idea to depict the car driving over the best players from the losing teams, adding a humorous twist.

The same client returned the following year, requesting another humorous image featuring the Corvette. During our discussion, we noted that the recipient loves crabbing on the Chesapeake Bay. Together, we developed a logo and name for his fictional crabbing business and incorporated his photo and the Corvette as a boat.
