/ByNow is a B2B Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) platform that helps businesses sell more by offering flexible payment terms to their customers while still getting paid instantly. Sellers receive full payment within 24 hours, buyers enjoy 30–90+ day payment schedules, and ByNow takes on all the credit risk and collections. With instant AI-powered approvals, easy API integration, and zero risk for sellers, ByNow makes B2B transactions faster, safer, and more profitable.
My Process 1. Research & Discovery
I started by reviewing ByNow’s existing website and studying the product’s value proposition. I also looked into competitor platforms to understand how they communicate similar offerings.
2. Identify Gaps
I noticed that while the platform delivers powerful benefits, the website didn’t clearly communicate these values. Important differentiators like instant payouts, zero risk, and easy integration were hidden or underemphasized.
3. Redefine Structure
I reorganized the site content to highlight the most important value propositions upfront, making them easier for visitors to understand at a glance.

I proceeded to work on a modern, clean interface with stronger hierarchy, engaging visuals, and feature-focused sections to communicate trust and professionalism.
