Sobha Realty deals in high-end, luxury experiences. However, their internal benchmarking reports consisted of dense data and spreadsheets that failed to reflect the brand's premium standing.

The challenge was to take complex financial and operational data and present it in a way that was not only easy to digest but also visually aligned with Sobha’s reputation for craftsmanship and detail. They needed a document that stakeholders actually wanted to read.

I approached this as an exercise in Visual Storytelling, not just formatting.

Grid System & Typography: I established a strict, Swiss-style grid system to handle heavy text without clutter. We used premium serif typography for headers to maintain that "editorial" feel, similar to a high-end architectural magazine.

Data Visualization: I converted raw Excel data into custom, on-brand infographics. By using Sobha’s gold and neutral color palette, even the charts felt luxurious.

Pacing: I introduced "breathing room" with full-bleed architectural photography between data sections, ensuring the reader wasn't overwhelmed by numbers.

The final report transformed a standard corporate requirement into a powerful brand asset.

Enhanced Clarity: Key performance metrics became instantly skimmable for C-level executives.

Brand Consistency: The report successfully extended the Sobha luxury "feel" from their buildings to their boardroom documentation.

Stakeholder Confidence: The professional polish of the document reinforced the company's market leadership and attention to detail.
