This project showcases the design of a user onboarding flow for a car rental platform. Designed in Figma, the experience guides users through account creation, identity verification, billing information, and booking setup in a structured and easy-to-follow process.

The goal was to simplify onboarding while building trust and helping users understand how the rental service works before completing registration.

Car rental platforms often require users to provide multiple pieces of information, including account details, driver's license information, and billing data. Long forms can increase friction and lead to drop-offs during registration.

The challenge was to create an onboarding experience that makes the process feel manageable while clearly communicating the steps involved.

I focused on breaking onboarding into logical stages that reduce cognitive load and improve completion rates.
