Purpose: To tell the story of Chocodot’s origin in an engaging and accessible way for general audiences.
🎬 Project Summary
This explainer video introduces the origin and background of Chocodot, a well-known chocolate brand from Garut, Indonesia. The story is narrated through Dombi, the brand’s official mascot, using a light, cheerful tone to connect with audiences of all ages.
🧩 My Responsibilities
As the main 2D Animator on this project, my tasks included:
Rigging and animating all characters and elements using 2D animation techniques
Executing animations based on a pre-approved storyboard
Preparing vector-based illustration assets in coordination with the illustrator team
Ensuring smooth character movement and storytelling rhythm throughout the video

This project was a collaborative effort involving:
Storyboard Artist – For visual storytelling flow
Illustration Team – For delivering all required 2D assets
Creative Director – For supervision and revision feedback
Throughout the project, I maintained strong communication with the team to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
