Dietitian Success Center - The Kajabi Membership Designed for Scale

This isn’t Kajabi’s default setup. We rebuilt their complex WordPress into a clean, guided Kajabi platform. A single, intuitive place where members can find what they need quickly and the team can run the business without the usual technical debt or app sprawl.
The result is a structured pathway from free content to paid programmes to long-term membership. No chaos. No wasted clicks. Just a system built to scale with absolute clarity.

CHALLENGE

Out of the box, Kajabi is simple, and that works if you’re selling a few courses. Dietitian Success Center was not simple. Their WordPress setup had grown into a large education platform with hundreds of resources, multiple membership tiers and a busy community. With plugins clashing, layouts breaking and search falling short, members struggled to find what they needed and the team spent more time fixing issues than delivering value.
The real challenge wasn’t migration. It was creating a clear, predictable membership system that could support thousands of users, reduce friction and remove the dependency on constant technical fixes. Kajabi could support it, but not in its default form. It needed structure, clarity and a membership architecture built for scale.
Everything from WordPress, LearnDash and WooCommerce to ActiveCampaign had to be migrated and unified into one simple Kajabi platform.

SOLUTION

We rebuilt the platform into a clean, scalable Kajabi membership, powered by the Launchpad advanced page and portal builder. No plugins. No scattered tools. Just one system that works.
Instead of carrying WordPress problems (and other apps) across, we redesigned everything: navigation, pathways, access rules and the backend that holds it all together. The platform now behaves like a proper SaaS platform, not a course library.
Every stage is purposeful: • Clear onboarding for new members • Defined paths from free resources to paid programmes • Smart access rules tied to membership tiers • A cleaner workflow that reduces manual effort and supports stable growth
Members shouldn’t feel lost. And the team shouldn’t feel overwhelmed. The result is a Kajabi platform that looks simple on the surface, but is powered by thoughtful structure underneath.

PRICING STRATEGY: Clarity and Conversion

Dietitian Success Center’s pricing and membership structure had grown across WooCommerce products, LearnDash bundles and legacy tiers. It was confusing for prospects and unnecessarily complex for the team to run.
We didn’t just redesign the pricing page. We rebuilt the entire pricing strategy, consolidating all product types into one coherent model inside Kajabi using the Launchpad advanced page builder. Entry points were simplified, upgrade paths made clear and the full value ladder reshaped so members always knew where to go next. The result is a frictionless buying experience supported by consistent, predictable checkout flows.
This produced a cleaner sales journey and increased recurring revenue by six figures within the first few months of launch.

Website and Landing page Design

Dietitian Success Center home page behaved like a content directory. Visitors were met with long lists of blogs, podcasts, resources and links — forcing them to browse, scroll and figure things out alone. There was no controlled journey, no filtration, and no clear path into programmes or membership.
We rebuilt the entire experience around a guided acquisition funnel.
Visitors now get clarity in seconds. Dietitian Success Center gets a predictable acquisition flow that converts.
