Client Background: Sorted Wallet is the world's most accessible crypto wallet, designed to bring financial freedom to every phone, everywhere. With over 275,000 downloads across 165 countries and 22 languages, Sorted enables users to send, receive, and cash out Bitcoin and USDt—focusing on low-cost transfers and financial access for people in emerging markets, particularly Africa. The app works on both smartphones and basic KaiOS feature phones, making crypto accessible to the unbanked.
Challenge
Sorted Wallet needed a digital presence that communicated accessibility and trust to users in emerging markets:
Complex technology, simple audience – Bitcoin and stablecoin concepts needed to be explained simply to users unfamiliar with crypto
Multi-market reach – The site needed to resonate with users across 165 countries with different languages and contexts
Trust building essential – Users in emerging markets needed assurance their money was safe
App download conversion – The primary goal was driving downloads on Google Play and KaiOS Store
