LOA Wellness Social Media Strategy + Content Design
LOA Wellness is a virtual cannabis wellness service offering personalized cannabis plans designed to help clients make more informed decisions about cannabis. I supported the brand in developing a stronger, more consistent social media presence through content strategy, educational content, and custom social media design.
The Challenge
Cannabis marketing requires a careful balance between education, credibility, accessibility, and promotion. LOA needed social content that could communicate complex cannabis topics in a way that felt approachable and easy to understand, while also clearly explaining the value of its personalized treatment planning service.
The brand also needed a more cohesive visual presence that could be carried across different types of content without every post looking identical.
My Role
I developed LOA Wellness's social media content strategy and created branded social media templates that could be used consistently across its channels.
My work included content planning, topic development, copywriting, educational carousel concepts, promotional content, calls to action, and visual template design.
Rather than focusing solely on promoting appointments, I built the strategy around providing useful cannabis education first. This allowed LOA to establish expertise while naturally introducing its treatment planning service as a solution for people who were overwhelmed by product choices, dosing, formats, ratios, or inconsistent experiences.
Content Strategy
I created a content mix designed to balance education, brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Topics included cannabis dosing and titration, THC and CBD ratios, product formats, daytime versus evening use, tolerance, terpenes, sleep, stress, chronic pain, digestive health, medication considerations, and responsible cannabis use.
Educational content was supported by more conversion-focused posts explaining what clients receive in a treatment plan, how the service works, who it is designed for, and why having a personalized strategy can be more effective than relying on trial and error.
Social Media Design
I created a collection of branded templates that gave LOA a recognizable visual identity while allowing enough flexibility for educational posts, promotional graphics, testimonials, and carousel content.
The goal was to make cannabis education feel modern and approachable rather than overly clinical or stereotypically cannabis-focused.
The Outcome
The result is a more cohesive social media presence supported by an ongoing content system rather than disconnected individual posts.
LOA now has reusable branded templates and a strategic content framework that can support consistent publishing, educate potential clients, strengthen brand credibility, and create natural opportunities to promote its treatment planning services.
