Sully.ai set out to fix this with something ambitious: a full team of AI employees that plug directly into a hospital's existing EHR and handle the operational load autonomously.
What I Built
I worked on the Sully.ai platform, which deploys a suite of specialized AI agents across the clinical workflow:
AI Scribe – Converts real-time patient conversations into structured, HIPAA-compliant SOAP notes. No after-hours charting.
AI Receptionist – Handles appointment scheduling, patient check-in, and front desk support 24/7.
AI Medical Coder – Autonomous ICD-10 coding with 93.8% accuracy, integrated with payer edit checks.
AI Nurse – Triage, patient engagement, and review insights that surface patterns in feedback.
AI Consultant – Clinical decision support with purpose-built medical LLMs that outperform GPT-5 on diagnosis (66% vs 46%) and treatment benchmarks (60% vs 43%).
Each agent runs autonomously but keeps doctors in the loop at all times.
The platform is built on Framer for the marketing site, with deep integrations into:
