The average car sits unused 95% of the time, yet it's most families' second-largest investment.
Premium car owners wanted to share their cars with family and colleagues, but had no secure way to do it.
The challenge → Create digital car sharing that balances owner control with user convenience for high-value vehicles where trust is everything.
My Strategic Approach Research & Insights
Studied existing car-sharing gaps and premium owner psychology
Identified two personas: Car Owner (needs control) vs. Authorized User (needs simplicity)
Key insight
Premium owners don't want to restrict access; they want to control it.
Instead of designing features, I designed feelings.
