Project Title: The 1937 Group – Meet The Team, Part 1

Overview Part 1 of The 1937 Group's ‘Meet the Team’ series takes viewers inside the Parkway Dispensary, showcasing the company’s unique work culture. The video highlights the employees’ laid-back environment, where they enjoy smoking on the job, in contrast with the neighboring business where that isn’t allowed. This playful approach communicates the brand’s motto: “Happy employees = Happy customers.”

My Role I worked closely with CEO Ambrose Jackson to bring this concept to life. I filmed and edited the entire video, shaping the pacing, tone, and comedic timing to effectively convey the dispensary’s fun and approachable culture.
