The Concept

A short documentary for the Attitude Project following a female streetlifting and calisthenics athlete whose radiant positivity and resilience define her approach to both personal adversity and elite training.

The Role

Conceived, shot, and post-produced the entire short documentary solo, managing direction, cinematography, editing, and color grading.

The Vision

The film focuses on the subject's uplifting spirit, showcasing how her deep humanity and mental fortitude allow her to maintain a fierce joy for life despite facing recent personal hardship.
To reflect her vibrant, infectious energy, I utilized a warm color grade and candid, light-filled imagery across her training and daily routines, illustrating how genuine optimism serves as her ultimate strength both on and off the gym floor.
