The Concept

A short documentary for the Attitude Project centering on an Italian streetlifting athlete and calisthenics coach whose life and training are guided by the Eastern philosophy of Ikigai.

The Role

The Vision

The film explores the deep emotional and mental reflection driving the subject’s dedication to sport, a passion he shares with his partner, herself a champion athlete.
Through an understated narrative style that gives equal weight to past memories and present moments, the edit moves seamlessly between raw gym training, home life, and quiet personal routines, illustrating how the principle of Ikigai grounds him in what truly matters.
