A short documentary for the Attitude Project following an Italian and European streetlifting champion, highlighting how a disarmingly straightforward mindset drives extraordinary athletic achievement.
The Role
Conceived, shot, and post-produced the entire short documentary solo, managing direction, cinematography, editing, and color grading.
The Vision
The film frames the athlete's pursuit not as a complex spiritual journey, but as a pure personal outlet to process daily life.
To capture this unpretentious attitude, the visual narrative alternates between raw, high-intensity gym sessions and quiet, intimate moments at home.
This rhythmic edit emphasizes the stark contrast between the intense energy and aggression he unleashes during training and the remarkably calm, laid-back persona he assumes outside the weight room.
