Sales Management Dashboard - Kanban View

Overview This sales lead dashboard was designed to help teams manage and qualify leads more efficiently through a clean, modern interface. With an intuitive Kanban system, embedded communication tools, and contextual lead insights, the design enables real-time collaboration across departments especially for marketing and sales alignment.
The Problem Sales and marketing teams often juggle dozens of leads, scattered communication threads, and complex qualification workflows. Existing systems were either too cluttered or lacked cross-functional visibility. The client needed a solution that could unify lead tracking, email outreach, and internal notes in one seamless environment.
The Solution We developed a modular, user-centric dashboard that balances clarity and functionality. The left sidebar provides easy navigation across outreach funnels, while the Kanban-style board in the main view categorizes leads by status. Clicking a card reveals detailed lead insights, including proposal status, budget, communication logs, and activity history all without leaving the page.
Results The dashboard successfully minimized back-and-forth between tools, helped sales teams stay aligned, and reduced missed follow-ups. Its elegant, distraction-free layout ensures that every action from filtering leads to sending proposals can be done effortlessly and with context.
