Project Overview:Addressing a critical bottleneck in the business development process, I spearheaded the development of an AI-powered Talent Matching application at FHCP. This project aimed to automate the previously manual process of matching talents with projects/jobs, enhancing efficiency and accuracy across the board.

My Role:In the multifaceted roles of Product Owner, Technical Lead, and Project Manager, I was responsible for:

AI Platform Development: Led the design and development of the AI platform, utilizing Python for machine learning algorithms, JavaScript for the frontend, and PostgreSQL for database management, all deployed on AWS.

Stakeholder Engagement and Team Leadership: Secured executive buy-in and led a dedicated team through the development process, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless integration into our existing systems.

Agile Project Management: Utilized Agile-Kanban methodologies for efficient project management, facilitating continuous delivery and incorporating feedback through tools like Jira and Confluence.

Impact of my Work:The successful internal launch of the Talent Matching application's MVP has significantly streamlined the talent-job matching process, receiving acclaim for its innovative approach and potential business impact. This has laid the groundwork for future monetization and external release, marking a milestone in FHCP's journey towards digital transformation.
