Dusk: a launch site, taken apart

Self-initiated, for my own site.

A launch site for Dusk, a fictional lamp shop. Keep scrolling and it comes apart into what a Launch Site delivers, each layer measured live in the visitor’s browser:

Design: one system, read from the page itself: 8 colours, 2 typefaces, 12 columns

Motion: every control moves on one curve, within 150–250 ms

Content: the 6 fields its owner edits in a CMS, no developer needed

Speed: on screen within a 1.8 s budget on a mid-range phone, checked on every change

Your design built exactly, then proven layer by layer. That’s a Launch Site.
