Their main competition, technology-wise, was Google Translations, which did not stand a chance with the nuances of specific dialects and legal and financial sectors. I initiated new service/ product development focusing on AI and machine learning to disrupt the translation market. Researched machine learning and AI implementation to current translation technology. Conducted industry disruption research & strategy. Developed recommendations and project plans to implement new technology. Additionally, I analyzed current translations-project manager production compared to profits.
