Always Health is an online vitamin supplement store selling directly to Australians. When I joined, the brand needed stronger visibility, clearer messaging, and more consistent marketing channels.
What I Did / Results
2xed their vitamin supplement sales and doubled their website traffic
I acted as Head of Marketing, so I oversaw the strategy, execution, and reporting.
Managed the email list of 200+ subscribers, creating engaging campaigns in SalesHandy & Sender.
Optimized the website for SEO, improving visibility and search rankings.
Wrote compelling copy across email, web, and social to increase engagement and drive sales.
Lessons I Learned (Takeaways You Can Use)
Longer content can still work if it’s structured correctly for example a clear benefit, authority, unique mechanism, objection handling, and a final urgency push.
Urgency drives attention. Headlines and CTAs with urgency consistently got more clicks and opens.
Bullet points make content scannable. In both emails and social posts, breaking down benefits into lists boosted readability and conversions.
Consistency beats complexity. Posting steady, valuable content across multiple channels created trust and engagement faster than chasing viral “one-off” wins.
SEO compounds over time. Even small on-page optimizations (keywords, meta descriptions, page speed) led to stronger Google rankings.
The Summary
Working with Always Health wasn’t just about 2x’ing sales & traffic.
It also taught me how to build a repeatable system: attract new visitors, capture their attention, nurture them with content, and convert them into buyers.
These principles can be applied to any business.
