Summary: Owned the strategy, execution, and results for all social media channels including content development, social content calendar, community growth, and reporting. Built brand awareness and fostered follower growth and engagement through amplifying thought leadership, informing target audiences on relevant industry news, and product education. Regularly collaborated with the product marketing department and spearheaded several go-to-market strategies as well as managed our agency partners and influencers.

 

Selected Achievements:

 

·  New Audience Acquisition: Developed new audience personas and messaging frameworks and collaborated with the creative department to develop a new social content strategy to increase institutional investor following resulting in a 48% increase in organic following and a 210% increase in organic engagement on Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Telegram.

· New Product Launch: Worked in collaboration with Bloomberg and agency partners on the development and execution of full funnel organic Twitter and LinkedIn campaigns for a new product launch, resulting in 2.8M impressions, 185K engagement and a 75% improvement in website traffic.

· Global Events Strategy: Generated significant brand awareness by executing a digital and in-person marketing campaign, including influencer strategy and relationship management, at the largest yearly crypto currency conference. The efforts resulted in 7.4M digital impressions, 54K digital engagements, and 25 media engagements including a feature in Bloomberg.
