360-Degree Marketing Strategy: Spearheaded a successful marketing campaign, in collaboration with the content and branding departments, to increase follower growth and engagement from Millennials and Gen X audiences resulting in 1.7M+ organic impressions, 125k+ organic engagement, and 23K+ new followers on Instagram.

Customer Retention Strategy: Played an integral role in retaining core customers between 2019-2020 by creating and executing an organic customer retention strategy resulting in 2M+ organic video views, an allocation of +$14.8M in company cash reserves, and a 70% retention rate on monthly membership dues.
