As the Social Media Community Manager for Kelly, I was responsible for maintaining content calendars for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and all other social media properties. I was also responsible for overseeing social media customer care, fostering engagement and conversation across our social channels, creating multimedia content, and strategizing, managing, and reporting on paid advertisements.
