As the Social Media Community Manager for Kelly, I was responsible for maintaining content calendars for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and all other social media properties. I was also responsible for overseeing social media customer care, fostering engagement and conversation across our social channels, creating multimedia content, and strategizing, managing, and reporting on paid advertisements. During my tenure, we were recognized 3x by LinkedIn as a Most Socially Engaged Staffing Agency.
