Interfell is a company that since 2016 has been growing the remote work industry in Latin America, allowing professionals to work with companies around the world.
Back in 2018 I worked with Interfell as a talent recruited for their clients for a project, and developed rapport with the team and company, allowing me to work with them in media content. By 2020, I got a job proposal for a role in the company.
In 2021 they had the need for a seasoned manager to create the department, design the roles, create the strategies, and implement new tools to launch their sales growth strategy.

Identifying the roles needed within the team
Implementing Hubspot as the CRM for the Sales team
Training the existing team (both in sales and business development) with Hubspot
Design and launch weekly email sales campaigns using Hubspot
Increasing Discovery Calls over 40%
Designing Linkedin weekly Sales campaigns

The result: a 75% increase in Bookings for discovery calls, 87.5% increase in Sales team goals, and an overall team growth of over 45%.
