I was Autism Soccer's editor in chief, guiding the content development process to create a functional database of content that could be repurposed by the client to create funding sources for the brand.
What's Autism Soccer?
Autism Soccer is a non-profit organization to help children and adults with disabilities learn the power of sports in a supportive environment. It's mission is to foster a lifelong change to create a growth mindset with love and trust.
My Client was Oscar Amuz, through my work for 786 Marketing Agency as their Editor in Chief for the books.
What did we want with these books?
As a non-profit, it was important to broaden out the audience and potential investors through tailor made content. Most of the content creation was done by a team of expert bloggers guided with the content strategy I created for a 5 days a week blog.
After that it was time to turn that content into something that could be sold to raise funds for the program. That, along with the donations from third parties would help to keep the program going, helping children within the autism spectrum or with mobility impairments alike across several coaching practices sponsored by Autism Soccer.
Autism Soccer - Family
The first book was focused in family dynamics and behaviors. I compiled and curated among the existing lists of articles those fitting to the narrative to narrow, editing to make a very compelling book with existing information and new, custom made pieces for the book.
