Ondsel was building a SaaS for engineering teams and a modification of an open-source CAD software project. They were helping startups collaborate on hardware designs without breaking the bank.

The company had a preliminary discussion with the maintenance team at a large manufacturer. The team had regular servicing cases and was knee-deep in work. Whenever something broke, they needed to locate the faulty part, find its part number, and generate an order for replacement parts.

However, the maintenance team could not use digital tools to locate part numbers for replacement parts. They had entire machinery drawings in CAD files supplied by respective vendors, but opening them with regular software was too slow and often failed. So, they had to resort to the slow and tedious process of using paper manuals.

The plan was to pitch an on-prem version of my client's SaaS to improve the user experience and dramatically reduce maintenance time.

We created this deck to validate the pitch against maintenance management. As the next step, we planned to adapt it for top management.

The deck was done in three days and was accompanied by a pitch video tailored specifically for the client.
