Haven Move-Out Inspection Listicle, Design and Build
Client: Haven Home Cleaning · Role: Web designer · Timeline: November 2026 · Deliverables: page structure, copy, design, build in Pagedeck, phone layout
Challenge & Scope
I built the website for Haven Home Cleaning, a house-cleaning company.
Renters don't search for a cleaner first. They search for how to get their deposit back 📋 So this concept page meets them there: a helpful guide to the move-out inspection, with the cleaning offer positioned where it makes sense in the advice.
Approach & Implementation
Five steps in the order you'd do them. Get the landlord's checklist in writing, photograph every room before you pack, fix the small damage yourself, clean where inspectors look first, then book the clean for the empty home.
Advice first, offer second. Each step ends with a short Haven tip. The first three help even if you never book. The last two are where a cleaner saves the most time.
A clear way to book. The closing section, "Skip the scrubbing. Keep the deposit.", lists Haven's prices for each type of clean and the areas it serves.
Built for reading on a phone. Short paragraphs, numbered steps and a booking button that stays in reach.
Results
A guide renters can use even if they don't book

Built and edited section by section in Pagedeck, with a phone layout
Ready to publish once Haven approves it
