StructAI is an enterprise-grade construction configurator combining a precision CAD canvas, AI-guided structural analysis, real-time compliance checking, and team collaboration, collapsing weeks of back-and-forth between architects, engineers, and contractors into a single intelligent workflow.
Project brief
Design a professional desktop-first platform that feels as precise as CAD software but as intuitive as modern SaaS, supporting multiple user types across complex multi-level construction projects.
Role
As a sole product designer, I oversaw end-to-end UX/UI, including CAD canvas, AI analysis visualization, design system, team management, reporting, and full workflow architecture.

Design system built from scratch, covering typography, color, components, and states.
Stress heatmap visualization with load arrows, compliance checks, a load distribution chart, and an AI assistant chat for structural queries.
Interactive CAD-like workspace with grid, snap points, wall segments, doors, windows, dimension labels, and a real-time inspector panel.
Overview with project cards, stat summaries, recent activity feed, and quick actions for navigating across the workspace.
Browsable card grid of pre-configured building templates—office, residential, industrial, and healthcare—with SVG thumbnails and usage stats.
Generated report table with type filters, status indicators, file sizes, and one-click PDF downloads across structural, compliance, and cost categories.
Member directory table with role badges, online/away/offline status, granular permission tags, and invite controls.
Kanban-style pipeline tracking tasks across five stages—design, AI analysis, compliance, review, and approved—with priority, progress, and team assignments.
Component reference showing the color palette, typography scale, button variants, badges, form inputs, toggles, progress bars, and alert states.
