OdysseyDAO was a learning platform that operated in the web3 space aiming to educate and onboard new users into the world of cryptocurrencies.
The Project
As the name implies, OdysseyDAO operated as a DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) and was built as a community. My role in the community was Webflow development for our core website.
While I had a hand in the branding, most of the Figma designs were already created and just needed to be realized in code. The initial build took about 2 weeks and we integrated a number of 3rd party platforms to make it come to life.
Integromat (now 'Make') - to create conditional logic from our site's subscribe form to feed into MailerLite.
Typeform - to dynamically embed quizzes to the appropriate topics that could be submitted and graded.
Google Analytics, Search Console - gather and analyze user data
ConveyThis - human translated our site into 20+ languages
The Outcome
This site was hugely successful with more than 15,000 people subscribing through the website, 100K+ visits, and $100,000 NFT crowdfund from our initial NFT sale. The site was sold to another popular crypto learning site called ZenAcademy, and now can be found at www.cryptostudyhall.xyz under new owners.
