Offboard is a business that I co-founded that aims to provide job seekers in tech the tools and resources they need after a layoff. Offboard started as a weekly newsletter that quickly grew to 4500+ readers. It became clear that a home base was needed to contain all of the tools and resources for job seekers to visit anytime.

For this project, Webflow was an obvious choice as the platform to build the Offboard website and leverages the Client-First CSS framework.

The Tool Directory was built leveraging the Webflow CMS and integrated with Finsweet's Attributes to create a robust filter, sort, and search system for those tools.

All written resources and guides are built using the CMS platform as well. The various CMS collections can reference one another so that the relevant tools can be paired with the appropriate guides. This made scaling our content infinitely easier.

Webflow also made it very easy to allow website visitors to subscribe to the newsletter that is hosted on a 3rd party platform called Beehiiv.

One other key component of the website is the Career CoPilot that uses Zapier to tap into the OpenAI API and offer generative AI career assistance right on the website.
