Project Management for ERP implementations at various SMEs

Participating in meetings to scope and document the needs of numerous clients in respect of their new ERP system. Also monitored the projects from day-to-day and acted as the liaison between the clients and the technical subject matter experts. For each project I created detailed project documentation and keep it up-to-date.

Between projects I would help the contracting company, Q&A ERP Solutions, with its own internal systemisation project. This involved creating a suite of documents to support operations: contracts, job descriptions, SOPs, manuals, etc.
