Background:

Conversion Designers Philippines is a paid community that teaches the A-Z of the business of Landing Page Design. Their goal is to Filipino Virtual Assistants to upskill to become a Landing page designer & offer the skill to their clients.

Campaign Goal:

The goal is to attract a Seasoned Filipino Virtual Assistants who have been working work from home for at least a year.
Another goal is to attract their customer avatar who have the budget and are ready to invest in upskilling.
Generating Qualified Leads would help in:

Challenges:

They were attracting newbies to online jobs and doesn't have a budget for upskilling yet.
Traditional online course format causes unengaged students with little to no results.
Leading to higher churn rate and difficulty upselling of other info products.

What we did:

We first created a webinar funnel about "The Business of Landing Page Design Intro"
At the end of the webinar, we then offered a Free 5-Day Online Challenge on Building a Basic Landing Page & ask them to join a Free Facebook group.
What made the difference is how we positioned this 5-Day Challenge. What we did is 'Join the Challenge for Free, Just pay $5 for your Digital Certificate' This then, helped us attract our ideal avatars - who value upskilling & certification.
After they joined the Free Challenge, we then nurtured them via email the importance of being in a community with like-minded people in their journey.
By the end of their challenge, we then offered them to upgrade to the $297 per year Membership program.
