As someone who values physical fitness, I understand the significance of maintaining the proper amount of water and protein intake. According to the US National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine, men should drink approximately 15.5 cups of water each day, while women should aim for 11.5 cups. Additionally, people who are physically active should aim for a protein intake of .6 to .8 grams per pound of body weight daily. These objectives can be challenging to meet, which is why I designed a drink to assist consumers in achieving both simultaneously.
