The goal
The client wanted their membership courses and client portal out of Kajabi and inside GoHighLevel, where the rest of their marketing already lived. The non-negotiables: no lost access, no broken learning experience, no downtime.
What I did
Rebuilt the membership area and client portal inside GoHighLevel
Migrated every course, lesson and client resource
Configured user access and membership permissions
Rebuilt automations, forms and the workflows the business runs on
Tested every path end-to-end before switching students over
The result
Zero downtime during the move
Every member kept their access and progress
One platform for courses, CRM and automation, so fewer tools and less admin
